Description

This is a prebuilt, completely insulated glycol ready cold block insert. It has 304 grade SS lines that are good for beer, wine, cider, and most other beverages.

If you are fabricating your own shell, this insert can be placed inside and shanks tightened from outside to have a glycol cooled tower ready.

This insert is also used to have a wall mount system. The insert is placed behind the wall or a wall mount drip tray with a back splash. Shanks are tightened from the front.

Specifications
  • Product lines: 304 grade SS. 3/6" ID with 1/4" barbs.
  • Glycol Lines: 3/8" OD Copper with 3/8" barbs.
  • Insert diameter: 3" (smaller sizes can be made in 2.5" upon request, no extra charge)
  • Shanks provided for upto 1/4" wall thickness. Please request longer shanks if needed.
  • Typically built with 36" long product lines (starting from the faucet). Certain sizes and styles may be built with longer product lines. Please ask if you have a specific need.
  • Inserts with up to 8 product lines come with one copper glycol loop with 3/8" barbs. 10 or more product lines come with 2 glycol loops. These can be made with one glycol loop upon request.
  • For inserts with standard 3" spacing, the width is as follows:
